Returns & Exchanges

Don’t like your purchase? No problem! Composure Vintage wants you to absolutely feel confident in your purchases! So, if for some reason you’re not happy with what you bought, you can return or exchange your purchase!


Returns at Compsoure are so easy! We will help you find another item or credit you the value amount, as long as the item returned meets the following conditions:

·       Merchandise is in its original condition, and cannot be worn, altered or washed.

·       Merchandise must have its Composure Vintage tags still attached. 

·       The item cannot be jewellery or a sale item

Your satisfaction is very important.  All you have to do is contact us at, within 14 days of the receipt of your item, and follow the following instructions.  We will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for credit only, less shipping costs.  We do not accept returns after 14 days.  All sales are final on jewellery and discounted items.

To return merchandise please send all items to Composure Vintage/ 2510 - 3 Navy Wharf Court, Toronto, ON, M5V 3V1. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.


If you love the item but something doesn’t fit right – we’d love to provide you the opportunity to exchange it for another size!
Contact us at, within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, so that we can assist you with your exchange and ensure that an item in a different size or colour is set aside for you. As per our Return policy above, you will have to follow the same return process. Once we receive items, and confirm that they meet all the return requirements, we will send you an email and ship out the new item with a tracking number, and new shipping fee.

If you missed the return or exchange deadline, you need to contact us as soon as possible. You may still be accepted for a return, at the discretion of Composure Vintage.

Composure Vintage does not take any responsibility for items returned for exchange without following the steps outlined above. Composure holds the right to deem items not eligible for an exchange should they be returned in a state other than its original state and will not be held responsible for shipping costs back to customer on such items.


Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns and exchanges to U.S. customers.
